By using daval.cloud services (the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
daval.cloud is an AI-powered automation platform that enables users to request, manage, and execute custom automation workflows. The Service includes a credit-based billing system, encrypted workflow files (.daval), and automation execution capabilities.
Credits are prepaid and never expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credit pricing may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect previously purchased credits.
Encrypted workflow files (.daval) generated through the Service are provided to users, but the encryption keys and decryption technology are the intellectual property of daval.cloud. Workflow execution is only available through the daval.cloud platform.
daval.cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.
Users may terminate their account at any time. Refund of unused credits upon termination is subject to the refund policy. daval.cloud may suspend the Service after prior notice in case of terms violation.
