1. Agreement to Terms
By using daval.cloud services (the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
2. Description of Services
daval.cloud is an AI-powered automation platform that enables users to request, manage, and execute custom automation workflows. The Service includes a credit-based billing system, encrypted workflow files (.daval), and automation execution capabilities.
3. Credits and Payment
Credits are purchased on a prepaid basis. Credits charged by card or bank transfer are valid for 6 months from the charge date; unused credits expire automatically after this period. Credits granted free of charge through promotions or events may be subject to a separate validity period (3 months by default). When automations run, credits closest to their expiry date are deducted first. Credit prices may change without prior notice, but this does not affect credits already purchased.
4. Refund Policy
Unused paid credits may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. If partially used, only the remaining unused credits are eligible for a refund. Credits granted free of charge and credits that have expired are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times follow the policies of the payment provider and card issuer. To request a refund, please contact business@epqpf.com.
5. Intellectual Property
Encrypted workflow files (.daval) generated through the Service are provided to users, but the encryption keys and decryption technology are the intellectual property of daval.cloud. Workflow execution is only available through the daval.cloud platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
daval.cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.
7. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time. Refund of unused credits upon termination is subject to the refund policy. daval.cloud may suspend the Service after prior notice in case of terms violation.
