daval.cloud collects the following information to provide our services: email address, name, payment information (card details are processed by payment processors), service usage records, IP address, and browser information.
Collected personal information is used for service provision and maintenance, payment processing, customer support, service improvement and analytics, and legal compliance.
Personal information is retained during the service usage period and deleted within 30 days after account termination. However, some information may be retained longer to comply with legal requirements.
daval.cloud shares personal information with third parties only to the minimum extent necessary for service operations, including payment processing (Toss Payments) and infrastructure services (Supabase, Vercel). We do not sell personal information for marketing purposes.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time. You can modify your information directly in account settings or contact business@epqpf.com.
daval.cloud uses cookies and similar technologies for service functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some service features may be limited.
